Product Introduction

AlkB is an α-ketoglutarate (α-KG) and Fe(II)-dependent dioxygenase that can effectively repair various alkylation damages in single-stranded or double-stranded DNA and RNA. It is commonly used to remove methylated modifications such as m6A in RNA and m1A, m3C, m6A, etc. in DNA, and further used for subsequent qPCR or high-throughput sequencing analysis. This product is a high-quality recombinant RNA/DNA demethylase obtained by expression and purification in E. coli, free of DNase and RNase, which can be better used for demethylation modification and subsequent library construction and high-throughput sequencing.

Product Feature

- Free of DNase and RNase

Product Application

- Demethylation modification and subsequent library construction and high-throughput sequencing
