Product Introduction

GpC Methyltransferase (M.CviPI) is isolated from recombinant E. coli strains expressing the methyltransferase of Chlorella virus, which forms a fusion protein with maltose binding protein (MBP). GpC Methyltransferase (M.CviPI) can methylate all cytosine residues (C5) in the double-stranded dinucleotide recognition sequence.
