Product Introduction

PCR Enhancer is a mixture of additives composed of multiple components. In PCR reactions, PCR Enhancer can effectively reduce the denaturation temperature of high GC templates and templates with complex secondary structures, greatly reducing the impact of DNA secondary structures on PCR, increasing the sensitivity and specificity of PCR reactions, and being compatible with almost all DNA polymerase amplification systems. However, it may reduce the fidelity of PCR, so use it with caution when performing high-fidelity PCR.
