Product Introduction

KODSSB, a highly heat-stable single-stranded DNA binding protein, is a single-stranded DNA binding protein isolated from extremely heat-resistant microorganisms that can increase yield and improve specificity. KODSSB can be used to enhance the synthesis of DNA and cDNA, increase the yield and extension ability of reverse transcription in RT-PCR, and improve DNA sequencing in strong secondary structure regions.
